Howdy all! Just joined this great site, looking forward to poking around and discovering all sorts of new artists, songs and stuff. Fairly new to the scene, looking forward to start DJing live and working on some new original tunes soon. Plus I've got a new full-length DJ mix set available at www.midiqueen.com/mq_mixsets.html for free download if you're interested! I'd love some feedback if you listen to it! Anyways, just wanted to say hello and hope you all have a great week!

Thanks for the kind words! Yeah, I picked that name ages ago and now I'm kinda stuck with it... So be careful when you pick an artist name!

I never understood that, why wouldn't you just stick with your real name?

Thanks everyone for the welcome and comments! I really appreciate it! And I actually like the name MIDI Queen for DJing and doing my own original music. In the future my twin brother and I plan on working on some new music and we'd come up with a different moniker altogether. I guess the name falls under the "expressing artistic creativity" or something like that. Or when you look back at your hairstyle in your high school yearbook and say to yourself, "What the hell was I thinking?" icon_wink.gif
