Panda Recordings, Brazilian label that started in 2008 with the goal to work with house and progressive genres.
The Name “Panda Recordings” arrived by expressing what the label wants to tell the world, being a kind of rare music, very difficult to find, strong music like a bear from a panda size, refined as the design and inspirited as this so beautiful animal.
Created by the well known artist João Guilherme Sheffer aka Tropical Highlight / Gui Sheffer with the target to work with quality music, and always keeping one style with powerful beats, with your site in São Paulo – Brazil, Panda has been dedicating hardly in the marketing and releases from your artists.
With a special casting made by national and international producers, well known as DJ Tarkan, V-Sag, Luca Ricci, Tropical Highlight, Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic, Christos Fourkis, Faskil, Evren Ulusoy, Roell Sapphire, Jaksa Pavicevic and others. Based out of NYC, 7LTD's philosophy regarding its catalog is to feature relevant artists with a quality sound, solid track record and most importantly, artists we like and respect ourselves.
2009 promises to be another great year with iPhone (Tap Tap Revenge) and NOKIA licenses already locked in, and more highly regarded talent to be added to the roster including Dr. Kucho, Gaby Dershin, & Medway among others. Not to mention Dr. Kucho's remix of 'El Mariachi' garnered a Top 14 spot on Beatport's Top 100, & has already been licensed to several global compilations.
