I'm always on the lookout for something that little bit different so I was delighted to stumble across this EP from Proton Music. Soliquid's Kabal EP is a melodic techno record that screams quality from the moment you hit play. The title track sets the mood with some astonishing production and beat programming, its nice to be challenged by a track and wonder how it was created. The choice of sounds and riffs are excellent and all build to an intense and trancy break down before kicking back.... 5/5 [Pete Lunn]
