Nick Hogendoorn & Eelke Kleijn - Fat Dragon (Outside the Box Music)

Outside the box brings us the Fat Dragon by Nick Hogendoorn & Eelke Kleijn. With a few haunting tunes about these days this is another of those moments. This is like peering into the depths on some angry being, sweeping across major to minor this has a nasty edge on it, this is not set to cross over, and this track has a mean streak that will cause nightmares.
The production is simple, and relies on key-change which slowly builds from start to end. A few additions are bought in, in the building of this.

Francesco Pico Remix comes in with a more melodic edge, the character remains the same just has a different ingredient pushing through on this, and there is real depth to the melody here, it seems to reverberate into something quite nice, in the back also allowing you to enjoy the bassy lead which drives the whole thing.
