French Label Follow Mix brings us Ktodik and Sunday Morning EP. "Sunday morning" comes in with a real metallic flavour about it, and it’s not short on real poke on the bottom end either. The sound selection has a real edge to them, and the bass glides along. Credit because it has something a little fresh about the kind of progressive, not that it doesn’t follow the dance floor guidelines just that there is injection of something else in this. "Pimp my life" adds a more of a syntheque orchestral approach, up until the bass lands that is. Dark and somewhat unconventional this has a slight French feeling underlining the arrangement. The result is similar to the first in that it becomes quite strangely reminiscent of other French artists that we all know. In conclusion this is progressive yet probably not quite as heard before, not sure on the success of this release yet I feel it could be an intro to something new!
