Danny Darko - Save The Whales
(Oryx Music)

Italian label Oryx Music release "Danny Darko and Save the whales" this seems to take us on a trip to a theme of a more conventional style of progressive.
At the intro the chord pattern comes and someone get on tweaking the res, simple yet effective.
The sound is oceanesque yet has rising moments as it to floats to the surface and then sinks back into a more deep and bassy feel. It’s a coastal sound and it does seem the sort of thing you might go for on your summer holidays, Sand, sea, waves and an evening trip to your fav Spanish club.
Generally it’s produced neatly and some sweet overall selections were made.
My conclusion of this being a nice tune, can quite imagine this featured on any top flight Ibiza house compilation, my only question being whether progressive has progressed on itself, moving away slightly from this format I would of definitely gone for this a few years ago.
